1- Public expectation from virtual space is an informal environment. Be careful not to turn the virtual class into a dry and formal environment while respecting the cultural principles governing the society 2- Read about how to design and manage virtual classrooms or attend professional development workshops 3- Before the class or in the first session, inform the students about the regulations of the virtual classes and clearly explain to them about your expectations from them, as well as how to hold the class, extracurricular projects, and how they relate to you. 4- In your lesson plan, divide the content of each lesson into smaller sections and after the end of each section, get feedback from the learners and do this two or three times in each session. 5- Avoid long lectures in the virtual class. Plan your teaching in 20-minute intervals or encourage learners to participate in the teaching process by using a question-and-answer strategy. 6- Prepare and run a few short test sessions. In addition to providing motivation to study the material, these tests help you evaluate the performance of learners during the course 7- Use diverse and creative activities in your teaching so that learners with different learning styles can benefit from your education. Using video files, audio files, various colors, showing movies, etc. can make your class more attractive 8- Define group projects for learners and ask them to complete their project by forming virtual groups and send you the report. It is recommended that virtual groups be between 4 and 6 people. 9- Provide learners access to teaching content after class. If possible, record the class and provide them with the access address or share the educational content 10- Don't neglect the reverse class strategy. Before holding a virtual class, provide the learners with some material along with some questions (in text or visual-auditory form) and ask them to read the material and answer the questions. Start the class with questions and answers
