With the presence of the Minister of Science, Research and Technology, three international educational-research unions of the country signed a memorandum of cooperation. The exchange of information related to the capacities of the member countries, strengthening the relationship with the permanent committee for scientific and technological cooperation, creating a platform for educational and research-based development cooperation, and the exchange of professors and students between the members of the three networks, the Caucasus Union and D8 are among the provisions of this memorandum. The chairmanship of the International Union of Universities of the Caucasus region has been assigned to Azerbaijan's Charkh Nilufri University for 4 years.
