Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Russia, Georgia, Moldova, as well as Oxford University of England will be held as an observer member on Friday, March 16, at Maltapeh University in Istanbul. Niloufar Azerbaijan Institute of Higher Education is the first and only non-governmental university member of the Union of Iran. From the Islamic Republic of Iran, 13 universities, including Tabriz University, Tabriz Medical Sciences, Al-Zahra, Mohagheg Ardebili, Sahand Industrial, Islamic Art and Islamic Azad have participated in this international event.
